Job summary

Mutual of Omaha is seeking an Engineer IV to design, deliver, and operationalize CI/CD platform capabilities at enterprise scale. You will lead through hands-on code, reusable components, and direct coaching to product teams across the enterprise.

You will deepen expertise in software supply chain security and AI-assisted engineering, while guiding adoption of secure, automated patterns and templates. This remote role supports work from within the United States or Puerto Rico.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines at enterprise scale.
• Proven ability to teach, coach, and pair with engineers through Dojo-style engagements.
• Deep software supply chain security knowledge including SBOMs and artifact provenance.
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern language used for platform tooling (TypeScript/Node.js, Python, or Java).

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and operationalize CI/CD platform capabilities across the enterprise.
• Lead through working code and reusable platform components.
• Coach product teams and drive Dojo-style learning across the organization.
• Promote enterprise-wide use of scalable frameworks and best practices.
