Job summary

ICF seeks a DevSecOps Lead to drive platform engineering, DevSecOps, and SRE for cloud-based data & analytics platforms supporting federal clients. You will implement IaC with Terraform, oversee CI/CD pipelines, and ensure secure, auditable deployments.

The role emphasizes collaboration with security, RMF/ATO, and Agile delivery teams, with remote work flexibility in the U.S. The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years in cloud ops, IaC, and platform engineering, including leadership and mentoring

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required for federal contract.
• Must reside in the U.S. and be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum eight years of experience in cloud platform ops, DevSecOps, or SRE.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform engineering, DevSecOps, SRE and related operations.
• Oversee secure, scalable cloud platform environments.
• Direct CI/CD design and IaC implementations.
• Ensure changes meet architecture, security, compliance standards.
• Coordinate teams to deliver repeatable, auditable infra.
• Monitor health using SRE metrics and incident response.
• Collaborate with security, architecture, and delivery leadership.
• Establish automated deployment and provisioning processes.
