Job summary

Connected Logistics is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to support the VA OIS COSE program. This remote role involves occasional on-site support and emphasizes integrating security across the software development lifecycle and deployment processes.

You will collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to design secure solutions for cloud, containers, and infrastructure, and to implement automated security testing and continuous monitoring throughout the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of professional cybersecurity experience.
• Experience integrating cybersecurity into DevSecOps and CI/CD workflows.
• Knowledge of cloud, container security, and secure coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Analyze cybersecurity and system security requirements for applications, platforms, infrastructure, and development environments.
• Design and implement secure solutions for cloud, container, and DevSecOps security needs.
• Integrate security controls throughout SDLC and CI/CD pipelines.
• Support automated testing (SAST/DAST/SCA) and vulnerability management.
• Evaluate security products and coordinate remediation with development and operations teams.
• Produce security documentation and risk assessment information.
• Provide technical guidance and oversee assigned staff.
