Job summary

Connected Logistics is seeking a Mid-Level DevSecOps Engineer to support the VA OIS COSE program, delivering cybersecurity and DevSecOps expertise across MLS environments. The role emphasizes security integration throughout the software lifecycle and collaboration with cross-functional teams to align security with mission objectives.

The position offers remote work with occasional on-site support and requires strong risk analysis, secure development practices, and experience with CI/CD,

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, CS, IT, Engineering, Information Systems, Risk Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of professional experience in cybersecurity, information security, DevSecOps, or related field.
• Experience defining IT and cybersecurity requirements for apps and systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze cybersecurity requirements for applications, systems, infrastructure, and MLS environments.
• Design and implement technical solutions meeting MLS and cybersecurity needs.
• Integrate security practices throughout DevSecOps pipelines and SDLC.
• Evaluate security products and capabilities for organizational needs.
• Gather and organize technical information related to mission objectives and architectures.
• Perform cybersecurity risk analysis including formal and informal assessments.
• Provide supervision and direction to assigned staff and teams.
• Support secure configuration, vulnerability management, and remediation in DevSecOps environments.
