Connected Logistics is seeking a Mid-Level DevSecOps Engineer to support the VA OIS COSE program. This remote role provides cybersecurity and DevSecOps expertise across the SDLC, with occasional on-site support in the United States.

The candidate will assess security requirements, evaluate technologies, and implement secure solutions for MLS environments. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, risk analysis, and security documentation are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, CS, IT, engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum of five years in cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or security engineering.
Experience defining IT and cybersecurity requirements for applications and systems.
Experience evaluating security technologies and performing risk assessments.

Responsibilities

Define cybersecurity requirements for applications, systems, infrastructure and MLS environments.
Design and implement technical solutions that satisfy MLS requirements.
Integrate security practices into DevSecOps pipelines and SDLC.
Evaluate security products to determine suitability for needs.
Gather and analyze mission objectives, architectures, and security programs.
Perform cybersecurity risk assessments and identify threats and gaps.
Provide day-to-day supervision and direction to assigned staff.
Collaborate with development, operations, and cybersecurity teams to embed security in designs.
