Job summary

TCG is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer for a government contractor role. This full-time position is primarily remote, with occasional on-site work near Washington, D.C., and requires U.S. citizenship.

You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines in AWS using GitLab, deploy containerized apps with Kubernetes/Docker, enforce security baselines, and integrate SAST/DAST tools into the pipeline. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in DevSecOps, 3+ years AWS, and a Bachelor's in IS/CS or related field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevSecOps with 3+ years AWS experience.
• Experience deploying containerized apps with Kubernetes/Docker in AWS.
• Security-focused design of CI/CD pipelines and baselines.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in AWS using GitLab.
• Manage and deploy containerized apps with Kubernetes and Docker in AWS.
• Configure AWS environments with security baselines and policies.
• Apply security best practices across the DevSecOps lifecycle.
• Integrate SAST/DAST tools (Sonarqube, Invicti) into CI/CD for code/container analysis.
• Ensure container security in Kubernetes/AWS environments.
• Collaborate with dev teams to remediate vulnerabilities via Tenable.
• Automate deployment/config management with Ansible.
• Implement/maintain monitoring and logging (Splunk/ELK).
• Support platform operations and patching of AWS infrastructure.
• Suggest cloud-architecture improvements to enable scaling.
