Job summary
Ctrl+ is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design and operate a highly available platform orchestrating microservices in a DoD-facing environment. You will architect AWS infrastructure, implement IaC, and automate CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Argo CD.
Strict TS clearance with polygraph is required, with limited work from home and SCIF on-site work. You will lead automation, container orchestration with Kubernetes (EKS/ECS/Fargate), cost optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 12+ years of professional experience; or 10+ years with a related Masters.
- Active Top Secret clearance with polygraph, CI within last 7 years.
- Current CWIP (DoD 8140) certificate.
Responsibilities
- Architect infrastructure using AWS technologies and services.
- Develop Infrastructure As Code (IaC) and scripting to automate tasks and provision services.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines with GitLab runners and Argo CD to automate build, test, and deployment.
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to align infrastructure with program needs.
- Monitor performance and drive cost savings for AWS resources.
