Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to unify engineering processes and strengthen CI/CD across newly acquired and existing units. You will lead toolchain migrations, consolidate pipelines, and enhance security across multiple cloud environments.

The role emphasizes collaboration with global teams, automation, and a strong focus on DevSecOps to enable faster, safer software delivery. A U.S. citizen and security clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or build/release automation.
• Proven CI/CD experience with Jenkins and GitHub/GitHub Actions; GitLab CI/Bitbucket Pipelines a plus.
• Cloud deployments across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Scripting or programming in Python, Bash, or Shell; REST API integration experience.
• Deep familiarity with Git workflows, repository management, and code governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A toolchain integration, migration, and consolidation of SCM and CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain and unify build, test, and deployment infrastructure across multi-cloud environments.
• Collaborate with M&A leads, engineers, and architects to align on standardized practices.
• Design and maintain automation scripts and REST integrations to orchestrate toolchains.
• Champion DevSecOps practices: code security, scanning, access controls, and compliance.
