OffSec is seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer (EMEA region) to lead the design and implementation of complex, scalable lab environments across hybrid cloud and on‑premises infrastructure. You will collaborate with Security Researchers and Platform Engineers to create large-scale, secure labs enabling hands-on cybersecurity training for professionals worldwide.

Qualificações

Experience with OpenStack deployment, management, and optimization.
3+ years hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
Proficient in infrastructure automation and IaC tooling.
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Linux/Windows environments.

Responsabilidades

Design and engineer multi-tier lab deployment environments using OpenStack.
Develop scalable infrastructure solutions across hybrid cloud and on‑premises environments.
Create cost-optimized infrastructure with secure hosting networks and topologies.
Design CI/CD pipelines with GitLab for automated deployment of lab environments.
Implement monitoring, logging, and observability for lab environments.
