Job summary

Cloudbeds is seeking a DevOps Engineer to architect and improve our AWS infrastructure and help build the Kubernetes platform. You will automate with IaC and manage CI/CD pipelines, ensuring security, reliability, and performance across our production environment.

You will collaborate with global teams, support deployment automation, and participate in on-call rotations. This role is remote for US-based candidates, with compensation ranging $90,000 to $120,000 USD annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of DevOps experience with AWS (EC2, EKS, S3, RDS, SQS, CloudWatch, IAM).
• 2+ years of Kubernetes experience (preferably EKS), Helm and Docker.
• Experience building and delivering CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD/gitops).
• Experience with IaC (Terraform) and web app servers, databases, caches, and queues.

Responsibilities

• Architect and improve Cloudbeds’ infrastructure in AWS.
• Help build the Kubernetes platform.
• Automate the platform with IaC and configuration management.
• Drive product and engineering projects to production.
• Evolve security, reliability, scalability, performance, and quality.
• Support development teams with DevOps best practices and environment/config tasks.
• On-call rotation for production outages.
