Job summary

Cloudbeds, a remote-first hospitality software company, seeks a DevOps Engineer to scale our AWS-based platform. You’ll build and improve infrastructure, Kubernetes platform, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC, while collaborating with global teams to ship reliable, secure services.

Remote in the USA with competitive compensation and growth opportunities. Requirements include 3+ years AWS, Kubernetes (EKS) experience, Terraform, GitHub Actions/ArgoCD, and scripting in Bash/Python.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a DevOps Engineer with AWS (EC2, EKS, S3, RDS, SQS, CloudWatch, IAM)
• 2+ years in Kubernetes (preferably EKS), Helm and Docker
• Experience with IaC (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)
• Experience with web app servers, databases, caches and queues
• Ability to write Bash/Python scripts, good networking and English communication

Responsibilities

• Architect and improve Cloudbeds’ infrastructure in AWS.
• Help build the Kubernetes platform.
• Automate the platform with IaC and configuration management.
• Drive successful product and engineering projects to production.
• Support software development processes via CI/CD pipelines.
• Evolve system security, reliability, scalability, performance, and quality.
