Job summary

Nazareth Regional High School is seeking a part-time Development Marketing/Admin to support the Development Office. The role focuses on donor database management (Little Green Light), creating letter templates, and coordinating annual appeal messaging.

You will also handle email marketing via Constant Contact, prepare reports, and assist with basic website updates for alumni events. Remote work is possible with on-site presence in fall as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience managing donor databases (Little Green Light) and gift acknowledgements.
• Ability to create mail merge templates and email marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Manage Donor/Advancement data base – Little Green Light.
• Create letter templates and manage acknowledgements.
• Oversee donation hierarchy and annual funds.
• Prepare donor, fund, accounting and gift type reports.
• Monthly reconciliation of LGL to General Ledger.
• Website maintenance for alumni events.
