Job summary

ECPI University is seeking a Business Development Manager - University Partnerships for a remote role supporting our Online program. You will build and manage partnerships with organizations to provide employee education and training, connecting graduates with prospective employers.

You will lead B2B growth initiatives, negotiate service agreements, manage key accounts, coordinate with Admissions, Career Services and Marketing, and track activities using a CRM platform to drive program

Qualifications

• At least five (5) years in a successful business-to-business sales and relationship building position.
• Proven track record in business-to-business networking and development.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overnight and weekend travel.

Responsibilities

• Take an active role in the strategy and development of Education Partnerships including identifying, developing and executing on partnerships.
• Negotiate agreements for services, programs and specialized training or assessment needs.
• Meet or exceed goals in identifying new contacts, partnerships and program enrollment activity.
• Develop workforce training in different industries (i.e. manufacturing, healthcare, engineering)
• Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in new and existing customer accounts.
• Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs and recommend further product offerings to address client needs.
• Plan and manage workforce training projects and events; actively participate in community and corporate networking events and meetings.
• Plan and track activities using CRM platform.
