Job summary

Grand Canyon Education is seeking an accomplished University Development Manager to lead a nationwide team of University Development Counselors and guide prospective students from inquiry through enrollment.

You will drive territory growth, mentor staff, and build strategic partnerships with schools, employers, and community organizations while ensuring operational excellence and a high standard of student engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, consultative sales, enrollment management, or related field.
• Previous people leadership experience with coaching and mentoring.
• Strong strategic planning and territory management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of territory strategies to increase awareness and enrollment.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and manage a team of University Development Counselors.
• Cultivate relationships with community organizations, employers, and educational institutions.
• Monitor territory performance through reporting and forecasting; drive improvements.
• Lead and manage a remote, geographically dispersed team effectively.
