Job summary

Parkview Services is seeking a Development Manager to lead the day-to-year implementation of our fundraising efforts. This role will manage the foundation and family grant portfolio, strengthen individual donor engagement, coordinate corporate and CRA outreach, support fundraising events, and help build consistent communication with supporters.

Reporting to the Director of Community Engagement, you will take ownership of the systems, relationships, and timelines that keep Parkview's fundraising

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple deadlines.
• Comfort communicating with donors, funders, and partners.
• Strong writing and editing skills for grants and donor communications.
• Attention to detail and accurate fundraising records.
• Ability to collaborate while owning responsibilities.
• Interest in Parkview's mission and expanding housing, services, and opportunities.
• Experience in nonprofit fundraising or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee foundation and family grant processes from application to renewal.
• Grow Parkview's individual giving through donor engagement.
• Strengthen CRA partnerships and coordinate fundraising outreach.
• Plan and implement the annual fundraising brunch with support.
• Restart and manage Parkview's donor communications and newsletter.
• Maintain donor records in Network for Good and ensure data accuracy.
