Remote Development Manager – Fundraising & Donor Relations

Job summary

Parkview Services is seeking a Development Manager to lead day-to-day fundraising implementation, managing foundation and family grants, donor engagement, corporate and CRA outreach, events, and community communications.

Reporting to the Director of Community Engagement, the Development Manager will implement priorities, maintain systems and schedules, and grow into greater responsibility while working mostly remotely with occasional Lynnwood meetings.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
• Comfort communicating with donors, funders, community partners, and colleagues.
• Strong writing and editing for grants and donor communications.
• Attention to detail and maintaining accurate records in fundraising systems.
• Willing to collaborate while taking ownership of responsibilities.
• Interest in Parkview Services' mission and expanding housing, services, and opportunities for people with IDD.
• Experience with nonprofit fundraising or donor relations preferred; training possible.
• Familiarity with donor management/CRM systems helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead foundation and family grant processes from beginning to end.
• Develop proposals reflecting Parkview's programs and mission.
• Maintain relationships with current and prospective foundation partners.
• StrengthenParkview's individual giving through donor communications and engagement.
• Coordinate corporate partnerships and CRA outreach.
• Assist with fundraising brunch and donor events and follow-up.
