Job summary

Susan G. Komen is seeking a Manager, DIY and GoPink Programs to drive revenue for DIY and Go Pink campaigns across the U.S. The role partners with market fundraisers, cross‑departmental colleagues, and regional teams to develop campaigns, tools, and resources that boost fundraising results.

You will build partnerships, recruit fundraisers, and manage a year‑round plan with performance tracking in Salesforce, while ensuring alignment with Komen’s mission and remote-first policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in peer to peer fundraising events, corporate partnerships or employee engagement preferred.
• Ability to analyze program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Proven ability to recruit participants, secure registrations, activate fundraisers, and achieve revenue goals.
• Strong volunteer management, outreach, and customer service skills with the ability to motivate leaders and donors.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of a year‑round fundraising plan for activation and acquisition of DIY & Go Pink fundraising partners.
• Identify strong opportunities in the DIY & Go Pink arena and help rollout strategies across the Komen footprint.
• Provide outreach to new, lapsed and current partners to increase fundraising across channels (DIY, Race, Walk, etc.).
• Develop a pipeline of new fundraisers and partnerships; meet monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals.
• Execute moves management to transition relationships to market fundraising teams for ongoing partnerships.
• Coach fundraisers to maximize their effort using available tools and resources.
• Create a touchpoint plan documenting moves management, portfolio management and Salesforce opportunities.
• Develop creative ways to motivate fundraising ambassadors for DIY & Go Pink to aid retention.
• Maintain event timelines and drive accountability; keep participants, donors, volunteers, staff on track to reach revenue goals.
• Collaborate across Community Development regions and with other development teams as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of Susan G. Komen mission and campaigns to promote fundraising initiatives.
