Susan G. Komen is seeking a Fundraising Specialist to join a fully remote, U.S.-based team. The role focuses on year-round fundraising, including the MORE THAN PINK Walk and Race for the Cure, and involves recruiting and cultivating teams and donors across the country.

Key responsibilities include meeting outreach goals, delivering status reports, and maintaining a healthy fundraising pipeline while delivering excellent customer service and relationship management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of experience in peer to peer fundraising events.
• Strong recruitment skills and ability to provide a high level of customer service.
• Excellent planning, organizational and follow-up skills.
• Professional interaction with staff, sponsors and donors to achieve revenue goals.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priorities.

Responsibilities

• Implement a year-round fundraising program.
• Assist in reaching community development revenue goals.
• Recruit, retain and cultivate teams, fundraisers and survivors.
• Deliver regular status reports to drive fundraising and recruitment.
• Maintain an ongoing pipeline of fundraising participants.
