Job summary

Susan G. Komen is seeking a Director, Donor Experience to lead the national mid-level donor program. You will steward donors, coach the DXO team, and drive growth while managing approximately $6M in team revenue. This fully remote role reports to the National Director, Strategic Philanthropy.

Your leadership will focus on growth, retention, and authentic donor relations, leveraging Salesforce and other tools to track KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in fundraising or related field; CFRE desirable.
• 5+ years of experience leading fundraising teams and meeting goals.
• Proven revenue experience with donors; >$1M.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the DXO team to meet stewardship goals.
• Oversee donor portfolio growth and revenue growth.
• Maintain up-to-date donor records in Salesforce.
