Job summary

Susan G. Komen is seeking a Manager, Advocate Engagement to lead grassroots advocacy programs across the U.S. The role focuses on developing training, coordinating events, and expanding advocacy capacity while collaborating with the Center for Public Policy.

You will manage a diverse volunteer network, guide engagement strategies, and work closely with policy teams to drive impact in breast cancer initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5–7 years related experience preferred.
• Experience running advocate/volunteer training programs.
• Experience managing a large volunteer program (>200 people).

Responsibilities

• Develops and promotes grassroots advocacy engagement programs.
• Oversees recruitment, engagement, recognition and retention of advocates.
• Tracks KPIs to measure impact of engagement strategy.
