Job summary

Arango is seeking a Developer Relations engineer to lead its first dedicated developer advocacy program. You will work directly with the Chief Product Officer to help developers install, build, and surface GraphRAG apps on their data in under 30 minutes, and to publicly demonstrate the superiority of Arango's AutoGraph/RAG stack.

Reporting to product, not marketing, you will shape our community, content, and events from scratch, own talks and workshops, and influence the roadmap with real-world

Qualifications

• Strong Python skills and production experience with LLM apps.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, or Java.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes deployments.
• Experience building and teaching developers through talks/workshops.

Responsibilities

• Build and debug real, non-trivial applications.
• Hands-on with LLM apps, RAG pipelines, and retrieval.
• Strong Python; plus TS/JS, Go, or Java.
• Wrote developer-focused content with demonstrable examples.
• Able to give talks, run workshops, and handle tough questions.
• Familiar with Docker and Kubernetes deployments.
