Job summary

Arango is hiring its first dedicated developer advocate to empower builders. You will craft reference apps, quickstarts, and samples to demonstrate GraphRAG and AutoGraph on real data. You’ll publish benchmarks and teach in public through posts, talks, and live builds.

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you’ll bridge developers and our product team, shaping the roadmap with concrete feedback while staying hands-on in code, docs, and issues.

Qualifications

• Hands-on production experience with LLM applications and retrieval pipelines.
• 3+ years of Python; proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, or Java.
• Written technical content with real-world examples.
• Public speaking, workshops, or live-coding experience.
• 2+ years of Docker and Kubernetes deployments.

Responsibilities

• Build reference applications, quickstarts, and sample repos solving real end-to-end problems.
• Publish honest benchmarks and highlight GraphRAG vs vanilla RAG.
• Teach in public through posts, talks, and live builds.
• Engage AI engineers at communities, meetups, and conferences.
• Close the loop to product, delivering developer feedback to the roadmap.
