Beyond the Travels Agency is seeking organized, customer-focused individuals to join our remote travel planning team. You will assist with destination research, coordinate reservations, maintain records, and support clients through the planning process from a remote workspace.

You will engage clients via phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring accurate details and excellent service throughout the process. No in-person requirement is stated and training resources are provided.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable using computers, web-based applications, and email.
• Reliable internet connection and appropriate home workspace.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the location of the position.
