Williams-Sonoma, Inc. seeks a Remote Design Studio Specialist/Home Stylist to inspire customers in their homes and drive sales through customized design plans reflecting client style and space.

You will network with designers, trade, architects, and builders to promote our brands and generate design opportunities across Pottery Barn, West Elm, and more. You will manage client relationships and timelines, deliver exceptional design plans, and represent WSI brands across channels while leveraging

Qualifications

• Interior design certification or degree required.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Established book of business and clientelling experience.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency with space planning software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct productive virtual and in-home design consultations with room plans and estimates.
• Create and present design plans using the 3D room planner based on client needs and space.
• Grow pipeline of local/regional clients while meeting sales goals.
• Network with design trade and developer communities to generate leads.
• Manage client relationships and project timelines with Care Center support at all stages.
• Demonstrate product knowledge across all WSI brands to craft unique designs.
• Operate computer and communicate via phone; lift and move items up to 50 pounds when needed.
