Job summary

Closets by Design Designer is a role for people who are good with others, creative, and enjoy helping customers organize their homes. You can work from home with pre-set appointments close to your neighborhood, and no prior sales experience is required because training is provided.

You will undergo 12 weeks of paid sales training with ongoing mentorship, have the chance to earn commission and bonuses, and a hybrid remote schedule that keeps you close to home.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• Coachable candidates with growth mindset and willingness to complete 12-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to a Motor Vehicle with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Excellent communication and people skills to build rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
