Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 10+ years of architecture or design experience.
• Strong IBC analysis experience applied to design.
• Proven ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience producing complete construction documentation sets.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to create efficient building designs.
• Maintain building design standards and templates.
• Coordinate with site plans and disciplines.
• Align standards with stakeholders across operations, design, and engineering.
• Participate in workshops to reduce costs while improving experience.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve programming.
• Coordinate with third-party architects and engineers.
• Conduct design reviews to ensure standards.
• Support projects from proposals through construction administration.
• Apply detailing and sequencing for buildable designs.
• Use design to balance cost, operations, and user experience.
