Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of brand design leadership experience.
• Portfolio with brand identities and experiential work.
• Exceptional typographic and visual systems taste.
• Deep interest in AI and emerging creative tech.

Responsabilités

• Define and evolve Bentley’s visual language across brand campaigns.
• Set creative bar and ensure consistency across touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Strategy and Marketing to translate insights.
• Provide clear direction across campaigns and experiences.
• Mentor Senior and Mid-level designers and foster excellence.
• Lead presentations, workshops, and defend creative decisions.
• Own delivery, scope, timelines, and resourcing.
