Huge is seeking a Creative Director of Marketing to shape how the company shows up in the world. You’ll lead brand and demand-driven creative across channels, guiding big ideas and production-ready execution with a global team.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll blend conceptual thinking with craft, leverage AI tools in workflows, and drive campaigns for C-suite audiences in a fast-paced, design-forward environment.

Qualificações

• Eight or more years in art direction, brand design and campaign development.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, visual craft and delivery.
• Fluency using AI tools in creative workflows with clear impact.
• Experience taking work from concept through to final production.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the creative expression of Huge’s positioning across core channels.
• Develop campaign concepts and moments that drive brand and demand KPIs.
• Hands-on creative leadership from concept to production-ready files with teams.
• Shape event presence and co-branded partner creative with a global team.
