• 8–12+ years of brand design experience with leadership.
• Portfolio showcasing brand identities, campaigns, and experiential work.
• Exceptional taste in typography, layout, and visual systems.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in workflows.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into cohesive, scalable creative.
• Collaborative leadership with strong ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Brand, Campaign & Event Creative across channels and experiences.
• Direct and elevate creative work from concept to execution.
• Champion AI-driven creativity and tool adoption.
• Mentor senior and mid-level designers, fostering excellence.
• Build narratives, present work, and run workshops with stakeholders.
