Job summary

Bentley Systems, a leader in infrastructure engineering software, seeks a Director of Strategic Social and Communications Operations. This home-based role will drive the digital engagement engine, executive visibility channels, and the operational backbone for global corporate communications.

You will translate complex engineering concepts into accessible digital narratives and manage cross-functional programs across PR, storytelling, and product teams.

Qualifications

10–14+ years in digital communications or related field.
4+ years in direct people management.
Experience scaling digital operations within a global organization.

Responsibilities

Lead digital engagement, executive visibility, and operational backbone for corporate communications.
Architect global social media strategy and channel rationalization.
Manage budgets, vendors, and cross-functional programs for integrated execution.
Develop and scale analytics, dashboards, and performance measurement.
Oversee US Speaker Bureau and executive visibility activities.
