Job summary

BGE, Inc. seeks an experienced Digital Delivery Manager to lead our Bentley technology platform across the firm.

Sitting within the Enterprise Technology team’s Digital Delivery group, this role owns OpenRoads Designer, ProjectWise, and the iTwin/iModel platform, translating Bentley capabilities into measurable delivery value for our engineering practice groups. The ideal candidate bridges hands-on technical expertise and organizational leadership, champions automation and data‑driven workflows,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Survey, or related technical discipline.
Significant hands‑on experience with Bentley OpenRoads Designer in a production civil/transportation environment.
Experience with ProjectWise administration or strategy, including workflow design and CDE governance.
Proven ability to lead technical initiatives across multiple offices or practice groups.
Strong communication skills to translate complex topics for non-technical stakeholders.
Experience developing or delivering training programs for engineering software.

Responsibilities

Own and advance firmwide Bentley technology roadmap.
Define standardized ORD design workflows aligned with DOT and client standards.
Oversee enterprise ProjectWise strategy including environment architecture and access management.
Manage Bentley agreements and licensing as primary account contact.
Serve as SME for Bentley technologies across all practice groups.
Collaborate with leaders to align workflows with project delivery requirements.
Champion automation and data‑driven delivery using iTwin APIs and ECSQL.
Identify emerging Bentley capabilities and assess applicability to workflows.
Develop training programs and learning paths for ORD/ProjectWise.
Coordinate onboarding of designers and engineers to Bentley standards.
Partner on change management initiatives affecting Bentley platforms.
Collaborate with Autodesk-focused side for cohesive firm standards.
Contribute to Enterprise Technology strategy, including IT infra touchpoints.
