Job summary

Fireclay Tile is seeking a Design Consultant to join the Inside Residential Sales team. You’ll connect with homeowners and A&D firms via chat, phone, and email, uncover project needs, and guide opportunities through discovery, specification, quoting, and account development.

This remote role supports customers across the United States. Base pay is $60K-$65K plus commissions, with earnings potential of $85K-$92K, plus goal-based bonuses and stock options.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing sales experience in design/interiors or related field.
• Ability to perform discovery, specification, and quoting.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a book of business with homeowners and designers.
• Conduct virtual consultations and develop quotes.
• Manage pipeline in Salesforce and coordinate project support.
• Follow up on quotes and nurture relationships to close deals.
• Collaborate with support and cross-functional teams for seamless service.
