Job summary

Reno Source is seeking a Design Consultant & Sales Specialist to be the knowledgeable voice behind customer interactions. Youll run one-on-one design consultations, answer product questions via email and chat, and manage a pipeline from sample request to purchase.

This remote role blends design insight with sales, requires tile and finish-material knowledge, and uses Shopify and Richpanel to manage inquiries and orders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in tile, flooring, stone, or finish materials industry with showroom, DTC, wholesale, or design firm background.
• Genuine product knowledge and ability to discuss tile differences and finishes clearly.
• Ability to sell alongside design and convert interest into orders.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable on video/phone.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1-on-1 design consultations (video or phone) with customers planning projects.
• Respond to product questions via email, chat, and Richpanel support platform.
• Own and nurture a pipeline of warm leads from samples to purchase.
• Bridge sample interest to real orders in a timely, thoughtful manner.
• Operate within the Shopify/Richpanel ecosystem to manage inquiries and orders.
