Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; 6 years with a PhD.
• Demonstrated experience supporting Army behavioral research projects.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain DoD Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team that conducts 8-10 research projects annually using behavioral science principles in an applied government setting.
• Serve as a Primary Investigator (PI) on multiple projects.
• Provide direct supervision of ~6 employees, including professional development, annual performance reviews, timecards, certifications, and other supervisory tasks.
• Build and maintain rapport with Contractor Officer Representatives, sub-contractors, and functional support staff.
• Interface with customers and sponsors to meet their requirements, including detailed coordination and briefings to Army leaders.
• Lead business development through proposals and White Papers.
• Conduct quality control and assurance of all research products and deliverables, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
• Support development of data collection instruments, collect field data, conduct interviews, enter data, conduct QA checks, devise analytical approaches, and collate data from various sources.
• Support the development of research results through briefings and technical reports.
• Proactively build and maintain systems and processes for the team.
