Oklo, Inc. is seeking a Deployment Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of complex powerhouse deployments, from design through startup and turnover to operations. This remote role requires 25%–40% travel.

You will lead integrated planning, risk management, and governance while coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and partners to ensure safe, compliant, and on-schedule execution in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of project management experience on complex technical projects.
• Experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks.
• Proven ability to lead teams and communicate with stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, startup-like environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of powerhouse facility projects.
• Maintain integrated project plans and schedules.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
• Lead governance routines and executive reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, contractors, vendors.
