Job summary

DataOne Systems is seeking a remote Deployment Coordinator to support EF&I deployment projects across the Americas. You will align staffing, scheduling, and QA while coordinating with project managers and field teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

The role requires 6–8 years of telecom deployment experience, strong coordination skills, and the ability to work across regions. Some travel (~10%) is expected to support project needs.

Qualifications

• AAS or BS degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Engineering Technology, or CS.
• 6-8 years of relevant telecommunications experience.
• Able to adapt to a changing environment.
• Knowledge of installation practices, QA requirements, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination, planning, and execution of EF&I deployment projects within a defined region to meet schedule and budget.
• Determine staffing needs and coordinate internal/external resources, including initiating RFQs and POs.
• Lead and support Field Service Technicians and Site Leads with guidance and performance tracking.
• Act as primary escalation point for field teams; resolve issues promptly to ensure continuity.
• Interface with customers for progress updates and scope clarifications, referencing SOW as needed.
• Monitor daily activities and site progress to maintain budget and quality.
• Provide status reports, resource forecasts, and compliance tracking to Deployment Managers.
• Lead project initiatives and collaborate with internal support groups to deliver outcomes.
• Evaluate project scope and required resources, tools, and skills for successful deployment.
• Support QA checks and ongoing quality improvement across field operations.
• Assist with quoting and proposal development for new service opportunities.
