Job summary

Hightouch, a leading Agentic Marketing Platform, is hiring for a senior technical implementation role. You will own end-to-end deployment for enterprise Email/SMS customers, guiding technical discovery, architecture, and migration plans across integrations, data flows, APIs, and channel configuration.

You will lead workshops, coordinate with product and engineering to resolve blockers, and build repeatable frameworks that scale deployments globally in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in technical implementation or solutions architecture.
• Experience migrating enterprise email/SMS or customer engagement platforms.
• Strong API, data integration, and enterprise architecture knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment for enterprise Email/SMS customers from discovery to launch.
• Lead workshops translating requirements into scalable messaging architectures.
• Drive migrations, integrations, testing, cutover, and go-live readiness.
• Coordinate with deliverability, product, and engineering to remove blockers.
• Develop repeatable frameworks and best practices for scalable deployments.
