Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Territory Manager in Paramus, NJ to drive sales of Colgate professional dental products. You will build relationships with dental practices, promote products, and expand market share across an assigned geography. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Travel up to 75% and relocation within the territory may be required. A valid driver’s license and English proficiency are essential for success in this field-based role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience required.
• Ability to travel within designated territory.
• DL number required; valid in-state driver’s license.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Regional Manager to develop territory business plans and prioritize opportunities.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals by meeting KPIs.
• Promote Colgate professional dental products to dental practices within the territory.
• Cultivate and expand relationships with dental practices and distributors.
• Identify new opportunities through outreach activities (cold calling, networking, social media).
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing and Education to support customers.
• Represent Colgate Oral Pharmaceuticals at dental events and study clubs.
• Educate customers through detailing and in-clinic seminars on the value of Colgate products.
