Job summary

CandidPro is hiring a remote Business Development Representative to drive growth through outbound prospecting and cold calling to dental practices. You will identify prospects, build relationships with practice decision-makers, and convert conversations into qualified opportunities.

This role is 100% remote within the United States, offering a base salary plus variable compensation and equity. You will participate in a fast-paced culture that values care, results, and growth.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a sales/business development (hunter) role, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to conduct compelling product demonstrations and handle objections effectively.
• Organized and structured approach, including consistent and effective follow-through.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (<10% travel required).

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage prospective dental practices through high-volume outbound calling and other targeted prospecting efforts.
• Cold call dentists and practice decision-makers to introduce CandidPro, uncover business needs, and generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Address questions, overcome objections, and effectively communicate value to convert qualified leads into scheduled demos.
• Consistently manage and follow up on a pipeline of outbound prospects, moving qualified opportunities through the sales process.
• Warm handoff to a CandidPro Account Executive after the client has submitted their first clear aligner case.
