Job summary

Candid is seeking a Remote Account Manager to grow CandidPro clear aligner case volume by cultivating long-term relationships with dental practices. In this fully remote role, you’ll onboard, train, and provide strategic guidance, with success measured by sales quotas and revenue growth.

Qualifications

2+ years of sales or account management experience (healthcare/dental preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication with professionalism.
Experience using CRM platforms to manage accounts and sales pipelines (Salesforce preferred).
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple relationships remotely.

Responsibilities

Act as a consultative partner, training and supporting practices to optimize workflows and increase aligner adoption.
Tailor engagement strategies for each practice based on their needs and goals.
Build trusted relationships with providers and their teams to drive long-term success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, responsive solutions to customer needs.
