Qualifications

• Experience leading RCM teams.
• Strong CPT/ICD-10 modifiers knowledge.
• Ability to review and improve denial management.
• Familiar with payer websites and billing systems.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Understanding of medical billing workflows and interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff productivity for follow-up of unpaid, denied, underpaid, and overpaid claims to maximize AR.
• Meet with client representatives to review billing progress and resolve issues.
• Ensure accurate entry of charges with correct CPT/ICD codes and demographics.
• Supervise staff input of patient, insurance, and third-party payments; understand EOBs and adjustments.
• Interact with clients and patients; respond promptly to inquiries and concerns.
• Deliver timely reports to RCM management and drive process improvements.
