Job summary

Veradigm Inc. seeks an experienced RCM Manager to lead a billing-collection team supporting clients through end-to-end accounts receivable processes.

The role focuses on maximizing AR performance, ensuring accurate coding, and delivering timely reports to management while maintaining strong client relationships. Remote-friendly and based in Raleigh, NC, with typical office expectations and possible after-hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing follow-up of unpaid, denied, underpaid and overpaid claims.
• Ability to review CPT/ICD codes and modifiers and ensure correct coding.
• Strong client interaction and escalation management with health plan vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff productivity for follow-up of all unpaid, denied, and underpaid and overpaid claims.
• Review and ensure coding accuracy and appropriate CPT/ICD usage.
• Deliver timely reports to RCM Management and communicate issue resolutions.
• Track clients’ AR productivity (charge, payments, collections, adjustments) daily/weekly/monthly.
• Stay current with policies regarding AR activity and drive process improvements.
• Review work performed by outside vendors for accuracy and productivity.
• Achieve goals set forth by management and compliance requirements.
• Enforce adherence to all policies, procedures and processes.
