BridgeWay Practice Transitions, Inc. is seeking a sales representative to manage an Atlanta, GA region, sourcing leads, presenting opportunities, and negotiating contracts for dentists seeking jobs or hiring other dentists.

The role involves primarily phone work with remote execution, plus occasional in-person client meetings and networking. Strong understanding of business concepts and dentistry is taught by the company. A results-driven, professional, and customer-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct sales calls and present opportunities to dentists over the phone.
• Experience building a book of business and managing client relationships.
• Familiarity with employment contracts and basic legal concepts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales calls and present opportunities to dentists over the phone.
• Maintain and grow the existing book of business across your territory.
• Attend trade shows and other networking events to generate opportunities.
• Build a network of COIs in the territory and leverage those relationships.
• Understand financial and legal concepts to guide clients through employment contract negotiations.
• Enter information into the company CRM and stay on top of it.
• Perform cold marketing activities like cold calls and cold emails.
• Meet or exceed activity, lead, and sales goals.
• Identify client needs and provide optimal solutions.
• Be available for calls/consults after hours and on weekends.
