Qualifications

• Professional inside sales or tele-sales experience, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry
• High level of integrity, ethical standards, and a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage remote sales strategies to reach growth and revenue goals
• Build relationships with current and prospective dental practices via telephone and digital channels
• Conduct telephone calls, webinars, and virtual presentations to showcase services
• Resolve customer problems to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Coordinate with leadership and technical service groups to drive sales
• Act as a consultant to dental customers to support their practice and the lab
• Represent the lab in webinars, study clubs, and virtual programs
• Maintain high outbound activity with 40–60 calls and follow-up emails
• Convert leads into active clinical accounts monthly
• Log customer interactions accurately in the CRM
