Authentic Dental Lab in San Antonio is hiring a Full-Time Dental Lab Sales Representative to drive new business and nurture client relationships across San Antonio, Austin, Houston, and Dallas. This on-site role emphasizes proactive outreach, product knowledge, and goal-oriented selling.

You will conduct 15-20 client visits daily, report activity, and travel within the territory, including occasional overnights.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably within the dental industry.
• Proven sales proficiency with effective selling and persuasive presentation skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the territory, including occasional overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of products and services to communicate benefits to clients and prospects.
• Initiate and maintain relationships with dental offices and clinics to expand market reach.
• Plan and execute sales strategies to secure new business and hit targets.
• Conduct 15-20 outside sales visits per day to nurture relationships and close sales.
• Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain records of activities and client communications.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, follow up on leads, and manage customer issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Attend industry conferences and networking events to build contacts and knowledge.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to discuss strategies and share leads.
• Travel within territory as needed, including overnight stays.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and timely logs to Sales Manager.
