Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office and virtual meeting tools.
• Ability to manage high-volume outbound activity daily.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage effective remote sales strategies to grow accounts.
• Establish and develop relationships with dental practices via phone and digital platforms.
• Conduct telephone calls, webinars, and virtual presentations to showcase services.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with leadership and service teams to drive case success.
• Act as a consultant to support customers' practice success.
• Represent the lab professionally during webinars and study clubs.
• Maintain a high volume of outbound calls and follow-up emails.
• Aim to convert leads into active clinical accounts monthly.
• Log all interactions in the CRM accurately and in real time.
