Reporting to the Chief Clinical Officer, this role will play a critical role in the development of standardized clinical protocols, continuing education, AI implementation & adoption, and recruitment efforts.
As the Dental Hygiene Director, you will partner closely with the Star Dental Partners Clinical Advisory Board members providing clinical guidance and support for our more than 300 hygienists across more than ten states. As a newly created role, this position signals the continuing growth of the Star Dental Partners footprint now with 137 partner practices.
Candidates with prior experience within a DSO environment as a hygiene director are highly preferred.
