Star Dental Partners (SDP) is a Dental Support Organization dedicated to helping dental practices thrive by taking on non-clinical business challenges so our affiliated dentists can focus on patients, not paperwork. We are seeking a remote Hygiene Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for hygiene positions across our organization.

The recruiter will partner with hiring managers and external vendors to build a strong candidate pipeline, source actively and passively, and ensure timely offers.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Dental industry recruiting experience preferred (2+ years).
• Proficient with ATS, preferably iCIMS.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for multi-site dental practices.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Dental Hygiene programs.
• Ensure required documentation and approvals are obtained in advance of opening a search and/or extending offers.
• Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, cold outreach and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Collaborate with hiring managers as recruiting liaison for supported practices.
• Maintain proactive communication with hiring managers to anticipate staffing needs.
• Draft and publish compelling job descriptions.
• Manage each requisition in an organized, timely manner.
• Screen resumes and applications to assess fit and experience.
• Serve as point of contact and build candidate relationships during selection.
• Utilize the ATS (iCIMS) to track candidates and requisitions.
• Create recruiting reports and forecast data for leadership.
• Meet weekly/monthly/quarterly recruiting metrics.
