Ensemble Health Partners seeks a Supervisory role in Accounts Receivable to guide a team responsible for optimizing revenue cycle performance. You will mentor AR specialists, address high-dollar deny issues, and drive improvements with insurance payers and internal teams.

The role includes hiring, performance management, and KPI/SLAs for assigned clients, with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and timely pay. A strong background in medical collections and reporting is essential.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in medical collections, physician/hospital operations, AR follow-up, denials & appeals, compliance, provider relations or professional billing preferred.
• Knowledge of claims review and analysis.
• Working knowledge of revenue cycle.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the daily workflow of the department, monitoring progress to identify trends in denied payments.
• Leads team huddles and provides recap to team and leaders.
• Ensures adherence to the departmental budget and payroll.
• Manages 1:1 monthly performance reviews and HR actions.
• Approves timecards and ensures correct client and cost center assignments.
• Uses performance data to inform decisions and drive improvements.
• Collaborates with ancillary departments to meet revenue cycle goals.
