The role requires 3+ years in medical collections, knowledge of CPT/ICD10, payer guidelines, and experience with payer portals. Collaboration with insurance companies, patients, physicians, and staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in medical collections focusing on denials and appeals.
• Strong knowledge of CPT/ICD10 and insurance policies.
• Proficient in payer portals and MS Office.

Responsibilities
